Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bd21", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bd21 platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website located at https://bd21.io.
• "Platform" means the bd21 website, mobile-optimised interface, all associated sub-pages, gaming software, betting systems, payment infrastructure, and any other service or feature made available through bd21.io.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bd21 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the bd21 platform.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within a User's bd21 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table, crash game, or any other gaming product accessible through the bd21 platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a Game or a sports betting market within the bd21 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by bd21 to Users subject to applicable terms.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, or any person located in a jurisdiction where use of the bd21 platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the bd21 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bd21 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms, and that person is not a Prohibited Person.

bd21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the bd21 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd21 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any individual below the age of 21 is a Prohibited Person and is forbidden from registering, accessing, or using the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by bd21 for a breach of these terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when placing bets or conducting financial transactions on the platform.

bd21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent closure.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one account only on the bd21 platform. Creating, operating, or controlling multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. bd21 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate accounts upon detection, retaining any funds where fraud is suspected.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

bd21 may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept any registration application without providing reasons. Registration approval does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted access to the platform.

You acknowledge that bd21 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with our internal compliance procedures. These checks may include identity verification, address verification, and source-of-funds enquiries. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bd21 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bd21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your failure to notify us in a timely manner following a suspected security breach.

bd21 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time SMS code at login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

bd21 reserves the right to require a mandatory password reset or to temporarily suspend account access if we detect unusual login activity, suspected fraud, or security anomalies associated with your account. Such actions are taken solely to protect Users and the integrity of the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd21 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bd21 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Dutch-Bangla Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at bd21's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your bd21 Wallet promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. bd21 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by bd21 during normal operating hours. bd21 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under standard conditions; however, processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during public holidays, or where KYC verification is outstanding. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal.

Verification requirements: bd21 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending the completion of identity verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

Matching payment method: Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your bd21 account. bd21 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must, where practically possible, be conducted via the same payment method.

bd21 does not accept deposits from credit cards. Deposits must originate from a payment method under your own name and ownership. Depositing funds on behalf of another User, or receiving funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling, is prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd21 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms — including wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and must be read together with this document.

General bonus rules that apply to all bd21 promotional offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per User, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• bd21 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where abuse is suspected or where operational requirements necessitate a change.
• Winnings derived from free spins will be credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.

bd21 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal risk. If such patterns are detected, bd21 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and, in repeated cases, suspend the account.

Gaming Rules

All Games available on the bd21 platform are subject to specific game rules provided by the respective game provider. These rules are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any Game before placing a bet.

bd21 only offers Games from providers whose titles use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed in a User's interface and the outcome recorded in bd21's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record. Technical malfunctions of any kind — including but not limited to software errors, display glitches, or connectivity failures — void all associated bets, and no payout obligation arises from a bet placed or resolved during a verified malfunction.

Sports and cricket betting: bd21 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and other sports. All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules for that market, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. bd21 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where the integrity of an event is in question, where information was received by a bettor in breach of these terms, or where official results have not been confirmed by the relevant governing body.

bd21 sets betting limits per market, per event, and per account. These limits may be adjusted at bd21's discretion without prior notice. Users who attempt to circumvent betting limits through multiple accounts or coordinated group betting will be subject to account review and potential suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd21 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating, operating, or assisting another person to operate more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bd21.
• Using the platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi or international anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, access Games, or interact with the platform in a manner not approved by bd21.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any Game or sports event.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or insider betting in relation to any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd21 staff, support agents, or other Users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a payment made to bd21 through any financial institution or payment provider in bad faith.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your bd21 account or any funds held within it to any third party.

Responsible Gaming

bd21 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming for all players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. bd21 strongly encourages all Users to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and to seek help if they feel gambling is negatively affecting their financial situation, mental health, relationships, or daily life.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of bd21's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by bd21 and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd21, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bd21 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the User.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or software malfunctions beyond bd21's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, reversals, or errors in transaction processing.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, analysis, odds, or statistics provided on the platform.

bd21's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bd21 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bd21's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

bd21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Repeated or egregious bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the User.
• Operational, legal, or regulatory requirements that necessitate the closure of certain accounts.

Upon account closure, any pending bets that have been validly placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Where account closure results from a verified breach of these terms, bd21 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in accordance with the severity of the breach, and to pursue further legal remedies where applicable.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via the primary payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

Changes to Terms

bd21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd21 will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, may notify registered Users via the platform or by email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the bd21 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure by contacting our support team.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page. Prior versions are not publicly archived but may be made available upon written request to our support team.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

bd21 operates the platform as a technology and entertainment service targeting adult players in Bangladesh. bd21 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh, and Users who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so entirely at their own risk and in accordance with applicable local laws.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
